MEET THE FOUNDER

CHRISTINA DRONES
I’ve been on your side of the problem.
Founder, TENAX Solutions | Operations leader & technology problem-solver
I know what it feels like to be accountable for results while the information you need is trapped in disconnected systems.
My mission: make everyday work easier and the information behind important decisions more accessible.
I didn’t start with software. I started with questions.
As a director, I experienced the frustration of my department being asked for the same information again and again—while we didn’t always have access to the data we needed to make decisions ourselves.
My team needed fewer manual steps. Leadership needed clearer visibility. I wanted both.
My approach to technology didn’t begin there. I had previously created a registration system using Microsoft Access and built websites for businesses I started. I learned that the most useful skill is knowing how to break a process down: What information is needed? Who needs it? Where does it get stuck? What are we repeating that we shouldn’t have to?
From operational frustration to a working solution
In my professional role, I applied those questions and independently built a usable operational system using WordPress, Smartsheet, APIs, SMS tools, and AI-assisted development. It was designed to reduce friction for the people doing the work and improve access to information for the people making decisions.
That experience shaped TENAX. The system developed in my employment is separate from TENAX and is not offered as TENAX-owned software or presented as a TENAX client project.
Better workflows. Better information. Better decisions.
For your team
Simpler processes, fewer repetitive tasks, and information that is easier to access.
For leadership
Timelier reporting, clearer operational visibility, and better-informed decisions.
I founded TENAX to help other organizations make that same shift. We begin by understanding your work, then design and build custom technology around what actually needs to happen.
You don’t need to know what software to ask for.
Tell us what’s slowing you down. We’ll start there.
